Special anonymization: handwritten signatures

To give you precise control over your anonymization results, Nymiz provides users with specific options to anonymize data such as handwritten or digital signatures, barcodes, QR codes, and more.

For example, to anonymize handwritten signatures in the documents you want to process, simply enable this functionality during the “Start Process” step by toggling the switch labeled “Do you want to remove handwritten signatures from the document?”

Once this option is enabled and the process begins, Nymiz will automatically detect and remove handwritten signatures from the document—exactly as shown in the video tutorial below.

IMPORTANT: This feature is available for anonymization and pseudonymization using the blacklining method, and therefore it is not reversible under any circumstances.
