Special anonymization: digital signatures

To give you full control over the anonymization process, Nymiz offers specific options to anonymize elements such as handwritten or digital signatures, barcodes, QR codes, and more.

For example, to anonymize digital signatures in the documents you want to process, simply enable this functionality during the “Start Process” step by toggling the switch labeled “Do you want to remove digital signatures from the document?”

Once this option is enabled and the process begins, Nymiz will automatically detect and remove digital signatures from the document—exactly as shown in the video tutorial below.

IMPORTANT: This feature is available for anonymization and pseudonymization using the blacklining method, which means it is not reversible under any circumstances.
