Document Anonymization: batch processing
Supported Formats: Doc, Docx, Xls, Xlsx, Pdf, Txt, Png, Tiff, Jpg, Jpeg, Msg, and Pptx.
Anonymizing your documents has never been easier with a platform like Nymiz, which allows you to process a large set of documents at once—or simply a single file—in just minutes.
From handwritten or digital signatures to barcodes, QR codes, and much more, Nymiz gives you the ability to fine-tune your anonymization options and choose the data substitution method, so you can achieve the desired results with just a few clicks.
The first step is to select one of the options available in the tool: Files, Free Text, Databases, or Batch Processing. Then, simply choose the data substitution method (Masking, Tokenization, or Substitution) and configure your preferences to generate fully anonymized documents.
To help you better understand the process, below you’ll find a short video tutorial showing how to anonymize a group of documents using the “Batch Processing” option.
The “Batch Processing” option is designed to efficiently handle groups of documents, even when they include different file types (Excel, Word, PDF, etc.). Each processed batch is stored on Nymiz servers for up to five days, after which it will be deleted. As a result, the final output will be lost if it has not been downloaded beforehand.
IMPORTANT: Anonymization is a completely irreversible process, meaning anonymized data cannot be recovered.
